A tiny pet who was pulled from the waters of the East River close to Manhattan’s South Road Seaport has been reunited with the officers who rescued her, even because the search continues for her rightful proprietor.
The canine was found on a current Saturday morning by NYPD’s Harbor Unit. Officers on patrol noticed her paddling in circles, alone and exhausted. She wore a pink harness however had no tags or microchip, and nobody close by may say the place she had come from.
